Your Tasks
- Manual and machine assembly of vehicle-specific manuals, accompanying documents, and accessories into sets according to parts lists and order data
- Ensuring the completeness and accuracy of kits to maintain high quality standards
- Receiving, checking, and storing materials, as well as performing regular inventories and stock reconciliations
- Professional packaging of kits and preparation of shipping documents
- Recording of relevant data in the warehouse management system or ERP system for transparent inventory management
- Cooperation with key account management, production, and shipping for smooth processes
- Compliance with safety regulations and ensuring order and cleanliness in the warehouse and packaging area
Your Profile
- Reliable, meticulous, structured approach to work
- Ideally, initial professional experience in warehouse logistics, order picking, or packaging
- Basic knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) or ERP systems would be an advantage
- Confident use of common Office applications (Outlook, Excel)
- Practical knowledge of German
- Ability to work in a team and willingness to work shifts
