Machine Operator, Digital Printing Post-Press (m/f/d)

Your Tasks
- Independently set up and operate the adhesive binding machine and its connected peripheral devices in accordance with the order specifications
- Production and quality control during ongoing production
- Resolving quality defects and malfunctions
- Maintaining and servicing the machines in use
- Packaging, setting aside, and labeling finished goods according to specifications
- Ensuring and maintaining cleanliness and order in the production area
- Assisting colleagues from other departments during peak periods
What makes you stand out
- Several years of relevant professional experience in (print) production.
- Professional experience in industrial bookbinding is desirable.
- Ideally, you have already worked on a Kolbus perfect binder (KM200 or KM600).
- Willingness to work shifts, including weekends if necessary
- Independent and quality-conscious work ethic
- Ability to work in a team, motivation, reliability, flexibility
- Good written and spoken German language skills
- Basic computer skills
