As an IT Project Manager (m/f/d) at Elanders Waiblingen GmbH, you will be responsible for the technical design, implementation and operation of complex, customised marketing platforms. You will work at the interface between internal commercial project organisation, development, IT operations and external software development service providers – with the aim of creating powerful, scalable and future-proof web solutions.
What makes you stand out
- Several years of experience in full-stack web development, ideally with PHP (Symfony/Laravel), HTML/CSS/JS and modern frameworks (Vue.js or React).
- Knowledge of API development (REST/JSON) and integration of third-party systems.
- Experience in designing modular, maintainable software architectures, ideally also in highly customised B2B solutions.
- Knowledge of technical project management or as a lead developer/architect, ideally in agencies or software companies with corporate clients.
- Confident in using modern DevOps and collaboration tools (CI/CD, Docker, Git, Jira, etc.) and a basic understanding of system and platform operation (Linux, databases, high availability).
- Ideally, experience with monitoring (e.g. Prometheus, Grafana) as well as knowledge of IT security and data protection (GDPR).
- Strong communication and consulting skills and the ability to take responsibility for technical solutions.
- Structured, solution-oriented and innovative working style.
- Degree or training in IT and several years of professional experience, including management responsibility.
- Very good German and good English skills.
